Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Murr channels roots of rock n’ roll mixed with an eclectic array of genres he’s inspired by.
Influences include older acts like Pink Floyd, Jack White and The Red Hot Chili Peppers as well as newer artists like Kid Cudi, Djo and Dominic Fike. With a fresh, authentic and eccentric approach, Murr taps into his own intuition to create music that is an expression and reflection of humanity.
Over the course of his life, Murr has come to realize that music is and always has been part of who he is. “It’s all feel for me and just comes from within…making music satisfies my soul.”
Murr has been featured on major local rock radio station, 107.3, the Alternative Cleveland, was a finalist of iHeartMedia’s ‘Battle of the Land’ competition and has been spotlighted by Cleveland Scene Magazine and Cleveland Magazine.
When he’s not making music, you can find Murr supporting other local acts at venues such as The Winchester, Grog Shop or Beachland Ballroom.
